2nd session: Support Systems & Organs
Nutrition including macronutrients & micronutrients, juicing, digestion, lymphatic system.
3rd session: Restore, Rebuild & Immune Support
Supplement protocols, essential oils, stress management, sleep, immune system
4th session: Detoxification & Liver support
Detoxification protocols, breath, movement, liver support and ongoing lifestyle implementation.
Health Assessment online questionnaire will be done once at the beginning of the program and again at the end to chart any changes in health and symptoms.
